Refund policy

Retail Products:
You may exchange retail items within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unused, unworn, and in original condition (including packaging). We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Climbing Passes & Credits:
Refunds may be issued in cases of injury, illness, or other exceptional circumstances at our discretion. Proof may be required.
