• All prices are in AUD and may change without notice.

• We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or update products at any time.

• Retail items may be exchanged within 14 days if unused and in original condition.

• Climbing passes are non-transferable and may only be refunded in cases of injury or exceptional circumstances.

• We are not liable for delays, errors, or losses caused by shipping providers or third parties.

• Use of our website and facilities is at your own risk.
